Fanfare Studio is a photography studio in Norwich available for hire.
A website that showcased the space, the equipment included with the studio hire and a time table booking system that customers could easily use.
Competitor research showed that there were three other photography studios available for hire in Norwich, none had a self-serve functionality and the availably and prices were difficult to find. This proved to be an excellent opportunity to differeniate amongs the competition.
As an Minimal Viable Product, created a simple, clean and attractive 1-page landing page with an embedded 3d-party booking system. Rich in content that explains the space and what is included within the studio hire. This simple 'one-pager' quickly proved to be a viable solution, which only catered to the user's essential needs at the time and concentrated the sales funnel. In addition, carefully keyworded content with very targeted localised keywords resulted in 1st organic results on search engines and NPS scores of 5/5.
Persona discovery — a workshop to elicit the gains, motivations and pain-points of the studio users to help shape the experience for the website users.
Information architecture — sitemapping and content allocation, what we'll show and how will it be accessed. This would be after a the viability of the initial landing page had been a proven product idea.

The simple one-page landing page is designed to ultimately convert, without getting the user distracted with other pages of content or falling out of the funnel. The 'main website' sections have been condensed into one page.
👇 Wireframe - deeper into the content and layout of the landing page. At this stage it was about writing the copy that help the user understand the space and the equipment included with the studio hire. The tone of voice and message was also being refined.
👇 The final design — the wireframe proved to be a viable solution, and so the brand identity simply slotted into place. The website was built in HTML, CSS and Javascript with a third party booking system embedded. The interactive virtual studio tour was added to add engagement and interest — users could pan and zoom around the studio without looking up form their screens.
